We do not accept Application Form by e-mail or facsimile.
E-mail messages with vague unspecific subject such as 'question', 'assistance', 'help', 'inquiry' and so on, may possible be deleted immediately from our mail box because of our anti spam policy.
We may not be able to respond to inquiries that exceed the boundary of our mission (e.g., general inquiries about where to find particular data or information, how to use a particular computer software, etc.)
