Summary Given the aging population, employment of the elderly is expected to increase and is also socially necessary. The purpose of this survey is to understand the actual employment situation and utilization of elderly people in small and medium-sized enterprises.

 The main survey items were employees’ age, the current and future policies of retirement, and the elderly utilization status (occupation type, employment status, purposes, problems, etc.).
