Summary This survey aims to investigate the actual voting behavior, etc., of voters in the 17th Unified Local Elections held on April 10 and April 24, 2011 and to provide source material for election awareness in the future.

The main survey items are as follows:

(1) Process of voting in gubernatorial elections, (2) process of voting in prefectural assembly elections, (3) process of voting in municipal mayoral elections, (4) process of voting in municipal assembly elections, (5) intentions concerning local elections, and (6) attitude toward and interest in politics.
