Summary This is an attitudes survey on employment in the parental generation conducted among housewives in response to the April 2013 promulgation of the Revised Elderly Persons Employment Stabilization Law.

Specifically, it surveys pros and cons of the parental generation working as well as reasons for and against parental employment.
