Summary
|
This questionnaire survey and a set of accompanying interviews were conducted in order to understand what kind of employees have or have not become unionists and what factors account for the prevailing composition of the two groups of employees as well as changes in that composition. In particular, emphasis was placed on the problem of management strata which has drawn public attention in the midst of intensified employment anxieties.
