| Summary |
In consideration of how best to implement mechanisms to empower women through maintaining a work–life balance it has become important to understand the issue of modes of employee management, allowing working women to have a clear awareness of their own career and work life course, thereby enhancing their work. This survey aims at understanding current realities of men and women in managerial positions, measures they take to balance work and family, their experience of significant growth as professionals, their self-assessment of job performance abilities required for managerial positions, and situations where those abilities are acquired. The purpose of this survey is to inform female workers aiming for managerial positions. |
