Sampling Procedure
As this survey targeted Aidem client companies (businesses), it is necessary to consider the characteristics of this survey when using the results.
Survey characteristics:
As Aidem Co., Ltd. operates mainly in the Kanto, Kansai, and Tokai areas, the target companies were also located in those areas.
Compared to newspaper and magazine job advertisements, newspaper insert job advertisements can be used only in neighboring areas to reduce the cost burden on recruiting companies. Therefore, this media is often used for job offers in various employment status such as part-time and casual part-time (arubaito) and full-time.
Mode of Data Collection
Questionnaires and answer sheets were distributed by mail, and answer sheets only were collected by fax.
