Summary
|
In recent years, consciousness of environmental problems is growing internationally, and regulations on corporate activity are being tightened.
Starting with the manufacturing industry, large corporations have been proceeding with green procurement/green purchasing in response to such regulations. It is believed that the effects of this are being felt by small-sized companies making up the supply chain.
Therefore, this survey was conducted to understand requests small-sized companies receive and how they deal with them and to identify problems small-scaled companies would face as environmental regulations become even stricter.
