Summary In recent years, consciousness of environmental problems is growing internationally, and regulations on corporate activity are being tightened.

Starting with the manufacturing industry, large corporations have been proceeding with green procurement/green purchasing in response to such regulations. It is believed that the effects of this are being felt by small-sized companies making up the supply chain.

Therefore, this survey was conducted to understand requests small-sized companies receive and how they deal with them and to identify problems small-scaled companies would face as environmental regulations become even stricter.
