This survey was conducted by the "Committee for Research and Study on Management Strategies and Human Resource Management of Registered Personnel Dispatching Firms" established by the Department of Research on the Staffing Industry, Institute of Social Science, The University of Tokyo in order to understand the management strategies of temporary staffing firms and the actual situation of the human resource management of temporary staff and salesmen/coordinators.
