Summary The general objectives of this survey is to obtain basic data on the current economic life of university students and their consciousness and behavior as consumers to facilitate further advancement of the movement of University Cooperatives, and to identify problems surrounding their campus life. The 29th survey, a part of a series which began in 1963, has seen about 40,000 participants from the nation's 95 Cooperatives affiliated with the Federation. For time-series analysis, the Federation offers annual "national aggregation" reports which tabulate results from selected numbers of universities day-time students attend.
