Summary
|
This survey is part of our effort to chronologically grasp the state of people's awareness about security of life and preparation of such security as they change as the socio-economic environment changes. In 1987 we began an annual survey entitled the "Individual Survey on Security of Life and Life Insurance," which lasted for five years. In 1993, we revised it to a new survey series entitled the "Survey on Individual Life and Life Insurance." This 1998 survey is the eighth of the entire surveys done since 1987, and offers the richest content ever-with such modifications as the introduction of new sets of questions regarding awareness about the public security system and the actual state of nursing care.
