Summary
|
This survey was conducted among senior workers (above age 50), who are employed in offices, in order to discover the changes in the occupational ability of the workers depending on their age, and the age until which workers can work, and to clarify the factors affecting these two things through the evaluation of the senior citizens' ability by both those who are responsible for personnel management and senior citizens themselves. The survey was also conducted for the purpose of producing basic data on the employment policy for senior citizens, such as extension of retirement and utilization of senior citizens' ability.
