Summary The purpose of this survey is to understand the support necessary for career development and employment continuation for regular service (ippan-shoku) employees based on attitudes of female workers and the treatment of female workers including the implementation status of employment management systems by different career track and maternity support measures.

Semi-general affairs (sogo-shoku) female workers: 2 from each company
General affairs (sogo-shoku) female workers: 2 from each company
- Companies that have no career-track based employment management system
