Summary The "Survey on Student Consumerism" has been conducted every fall since 1963 to clarify the primary economic aspects of university students' attitudes and behaviors and to reflect the results in the various activities and projects of the Co-op to enrich their campus life. The current survey, conducted in 2021, is the 57th.

- Daily problems and concerns, Whether they have a person they can consult, the person they are most likely to consult, and whether they want someone to consult with
- Harassment at the university, problems encountered after entering the university
- Average hours of reading per day
- Duration of independent study per week (study time at the university, study time outside the university)
- Hospital visits and hospital stays due to disease during the past six months
- Number of visits to the hospital and number of days spent in the hospital during the past six months
- Hospital visits and hospital stays due to accidents and injuries during the past six months
- Type of media used to obtain information on politics and society, most trusted media, level of interest in domestic and international politics, evaluation of government measures against infectious diseases, whether the future of Japan is bright, recognition of the words and contents of "SDGs" and "Sustainable Development Goals," and what interests you about these goals.

- Current living conditions, prospects for future living conditions, future income measures
- Expenses to be saved, expenses to be increased in living expenses
- Experience of a part-time job, the amount of income, the primary use of income, changes and situation of income during the past six months, current part-time job, current part-time job hours
- Income/expenditure per month, who paid the university fees, and the amount of "meal card" etc. used/spent
- Extraordinary expenses (amount spent in six months and plans for spending)
