Summary This survey was conducted among senior workers (above age 50), who are employed in offices, in order to discover the changes in the occupational ability of the workers depending on their age, and the age until which workers can work, and to clarify the factors affecting these two things through the evaluation of the senior citizens' ability by both those who are responsible for personnel management and senior citizens themselves.
