Probability: Cluster
Extraction and selection of subjects were accomplished as follows. At our targeted universities and departments, we distributed materials to subjects randomly selected based on mailed distribution manuals. At each university, ten administrative staff from the main office and five from departmental offices received the materials. Main office: 737 universities * 10 = 7,370 people Departmental office: 2,055 departments * 5 = 10,275 people Total: 17,645 (distribution amount) |
