| Summary | The goal of this survey was to continuously assess changes in citizens’ living conditions, attitudes, and behaviors, and to continuously gauge how much levels of happiness diverged among household members. |

| Sampling Procedure | Probability: Stratified Probability: Multistage Three-stage stratified sampling was used. The first stage was municipalities. The second was survey areas within the municipalities. The third stage was households in those areas. The Basic Resident Register was used for sampling at the third stage. 4950 households were sampled. |
| Mode of Data Collection | Self-administered questionnaire: Paper Placement (self-administered) method (Questionnaires distributed and collected by survey staff). When collected, each questionnaire was sealed in an envelope to secure respondents’ privacy. |
